• A $50 refundable deposit is required on all rentals 
  • Final payments shall be cash, check  or Major Credit/Debit Card upon delivery.


  • Deliveries may be made 24 hrs prior and picked up, up to 24 hrs after the event depending on our delivery schedule. We will call to give you a 3 hour window of delivery.

Set Up 

  • Bounce houses must be placed on a level surface, preferably grass.
  • Units can weigh between 300lbs and 600lbs. We must have easy access to set up at site




  • The following reasons ARE cause for Hopperz to cancel delivery and the customer will have a choice of a full credit or refund
  • Winds over 30 mph or temperatures under 40 degrees F.
  • Steady rain all day

The following are NOT reasons for cancellation by either party and no refund or credit will be issued. 

  • Chance of showers or occasional rain
  • Function cancellation
  • Once a bouncer is loaded for delivery all rentals are final and the full amount will be charged.

Electrical Requirements 

  • For inflatables, the customer is responsible to provide adequate electrical power to within 100 ft of the location they wish the inflatable to be set up. This is a safety issue and recommended by the blower manufacturers. We will supply the extension cord.
  • Over 100′ may require a generator available for rent
